Sometimes the most spontaneous weddings turn out to be the most beautiful ones.
This last-minute wedding photoshoot took place in Het Park, right in the heart of Rotterdam, on a calm autumn afternoon.
The couple contacted me just a few hours before their ceremony — their photographer had canceled unexpectedly, and they needed someone urgently. I immediately agreed and ran to meet them, camera in hand.
We started with the ceremony, capturing all the emotions of that moment — the nervous smiles, the warm hugs, and the genuine happiness in everyone’s eyes.
After the official part, we photographed the guests together with the newlyweds, and then we continued with a short romantic session for the couple among the golden trees of the park.
The light was soft, the air was calm, and the whole atmosphere felt timeless — a perfect background for their love story.
I wanted to reflect the calm, happiness, and intimacy of that day — natural, emotional, and filled with love.
As a small surprise, I also made a short video memory for the couple — a heartfelt keepsake to relive the mood of their wedding day.
Onze bruiloftsfotograaf had op het laatste moment afgezegd en we zaten echt in paniek. Gelukkig reageerde Natalia als eerste op ons bericht en ze kon meteen komen. Wat een geluk, want we hadden ons geen betere fotograaf kunnen wensen. Ze was supervriendelijk, professioneel en wist precies hoe ze ons op ons gemak moest stellen. De eerste foto’s kregen we al de volgende dag en binnen een week hadden we de hele galerij. Alle foto’s zijn prachtig, warm, spontaan en vol emotie. We zijn zo blij dat we haar hebben gevonden.
