FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions
These are the questions I get most often. If you still have something on your mind — feel free to reach out via social media or my contact form!
How can I book a session?
Just send me a message via the contact form or on Instagram — whichever is easiest for you. I recommend booking in advance, especially during spring and summer when demand is higher.
When will I receive the photos?
Right after the session, I’ll send you 5 preview images with basic editing so you have something to enjoy and share while you wait.
The full gallery will be ready within 1-2 weeks.
Where do you shoot?
I'm based in Rotterdam and happy to travel to nearby cities. For other locations across the Netherlands — just ask, I’m flexible!
Can I choose which photos you edit?
Yes! I’ll send you an online gallery where you can mark your favorite images.
I’ll polish those with full retouching and lightly edit the rest.
What equipment do you use?
I shoot with a Canon EOS R6 Mark II — a full-frame mirrorless camera that delivers beautiful detail and soft tones, even in low light.
My go-to lenses are:
— Canon RF 24–70mm f/2.8L IS USM — perfect for portraits, love stories, and weddings.
— Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 — ideal for natural light portraits and dreamy bokeh.
— Canon RF 16mm f/2.8 STM — compact and wide, great for creative angles, interiors, and travel moments.
— Helios-44M 58mm f/2 (vintage) — my artistic lens for expressive portraits with signature swirly bokeh and nostalgic character.
And when I want to add a new perspective, I use my DJI Mini 4K drone to capture cinematic aerial views and unique compositions from above.
I often use a flash with a soft modifier, diffusion and mist filters.
And for a bit of magic — I also have a Fujifilm Instax Wide instant camera.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a small deposit is required to secure your booking. The rest can be paid on the day of the session.
