Terms & Conditions (Offer)

 By booking a session with Natalia Olhova through photo.nataliaolhova.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.  

1. Services
Photography services are provided as described on the website. Custom requests or special arrangements must be confirmed in writing.

2. Payments
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the session date. All prices are listed in euros (€).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund of the deposit.
In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the photographer may offer to reschedule the session.

4. Image Delivery
Edited photos are delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe. The number of final images may vary depending on the type and duration of the session.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights
All images remain the intellectual property of Natalia Olhova.
Clients receive a non-exclusive, personal-use license — allowing sharing online and printing for personal purposes.
Images may not be sold, edited by third parties, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Portfolio & Promotion Consent
By booking a session, clients grant permission for selected images to be used for the photographer’s portfolio, website, exhibitions, or social media, unless otherwise requested in writing before image delivery.

7. Liability
While all care is taken during the session, Natalia Olhova is not liable for injury, damage, or loss during or after the session.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
