This spontaneous mini-session took place in Delfshaven, one of the most charming and historic areas of Rotterdam — known for its canals, old houses, and calm summer light.
I noticed this beautiful red-haired girl walking by in a light sundress and hat, and I instantly wanted to capture that mood. She kindly agreed to pose for a few quick shots, and within just a few minutes, we created something simple yet full of life.
The warm August light, her bright smile, and the quiet streets of Delfshaven made this moment feel timeless — a reminder that photography is not only about planning, but also about feeling and intuition.
