This romantic portrait session took place in Kralingse Bos, one of Rotterdam’s most picturesque parks, near the lake.
The air was warm, the sun played on the water, and the reflections created a soft, cinematic glow.
The girl wore a flowing red dress that contrasted beautifully with the green forest and shimmering lake — every step, every turn felt like part of a story.
I love using light reflections and prisms to add that touch of magic — glowing edges, subtle rainbow flares, and dreamlike atmosphere.
It was her first real photoshoot, yet she moved naturally and confidently, enjoying the process.
We spent around an hour capturing her emotions, grace, and the connection with nature.
The result is a series of portraits filled with color, light, and a quiet sense of wonder.

It was such a beautiful experience!
I was nervous at first, but Natalia made me feel completely comfortable.
The light, the lake, and the red dress — everything felt so magical.
I’m still amazed by how artistic and emotional the photos look.
