Ceremony & First Moments
This beautiful summer wedding took place in the heart of Utrecht — full of joy, laughter, and golden sunlight.
I had the honor of documenting the whole day, starting with the official ceremony at the town hall. The atmosphere was emotional and warm — surrounded by family, friends, and heartfelt smiles.
After the ceremony, we headed to a nearby park for group portraits and family photos. I love capturing these natural, spontaneous moments — full of connection and genuine emotion.
City Walk & Spontaneous Moments
After the formal part, we continued our walk through the charming streets of Utrecht. The couple walked hand in hand, enjoying their first moments as newlyweds among the canals and historic buildings.
We stopped by a cozy local bar to celebrate with guests — laughter, toasts, and happy energy filled the air. These small moments make wedding stories feel alive and real.
Cathedral & Midday Sun
Around noon, we arrived at the famous Utrecht Cathedral — right in the heart of the city.
The sunlight was bright and powerful, creating strong contrasts and a warm, vibrant atmosphere.
Despite the heat, the couple looked absolutely radiant — full of energy and happiness.
I love working with natural light, even when it’s challenging. Midday sun gives photos a crisp, cinematic look — vivid colors, soft skin tones, and a real summer glow.
These portraits captured the lively spirit of the day — joyful, authentic, and full of emotion.
Cinematic Aerial Perspective
To complete the story, we created a few cinematic aerial views — adding a sense of space and grandeur to their wedding memories.
These shots perfectly highlight the beauty of the couple and the city, showing the harmony between emotion and environment.
The result is a timeless wedding gallery that reflects the warmth of summer, the romance of Utrecht, and the joy of two people deeply in love.
